Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging if possible to ensure the book remains protected during transit.
2. Digital Products & E-Books
Due to the instant nature of digital content:
Final Sale: E-books and digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your account.
Defective Files: If a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement link or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Consent: By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that immediate access waives your standard 14-day cancellation right, as per UK law for digital content.
3. How to Start a Return

Shipping Costs: Unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong title, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in the mail.
